In the Properties of Light module, 4th-grade students at Overton Ray Elementary are delving into the fascinating world of light filters. They're uncovering the intriguing outcomes that arise when combining two or more light filters. This hands-on exploration, part of the PLTW curriculum, is providing students with valuable insights into the behavior of light. Thanks to the support of Dodea Grant and Burkburnett ISD, these young learners are engaging in interactive learning experiences that spark curiosity and deepen their understanding of science.
